Current Position
Rick is a Director in the firm’s Private Companies Group.

Experience
Rick has more than 25 years of experience in providing attest, tax, and consulting services to closely held businesses and their shareholders. He has significant experience in working with early stage companies in a number of industries to identify critical organizational and business issues to achieve accelerated growth.

Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Rick spent 18 years as a partner in the Middle Market Group of Deloitte in Ann Arbor.
